Terms of Service

These terms cover northernlightstudios.com and the services Northern Light Studios (a brand of Bear Grips, Dunedin, Florida) provides to its business clients, and the websites we build and host for them.

Services and billing

• Every service is billed monthly by Stripe and can be cancelled from your account at any time. Cancellation stops the next charge. There are no refunds for a month already started.
• Website hosting includes the site, form lead alerts, and the lead board. Add-ons such as Speed to Lead Plus+, Lead Connect, the blog writer, and managed ads are separate subscriptions.
• Managed ads fees are our management fee. Ad spend is billed by the ad platform to your own account.
• You own your content, logo, and lead data. We own our templates, code, and tooling. If you leave, we export your leads as a CSV on request.

Client responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information and for having the right to use any logo, photo, or text you give us.
• Lead follow-up messages are sent in your business's name. You agree not to use them for anything other than replying to people who contacted you, and to honor STOP and unsubscribe requests.
• Lead Connect lists only leads from ad accounts you own or control.

Text messaging program terms

People who submit a form, start a chat, or call a client business agree, as disclosed next to the form's submit button, to receive automated text messages from that business about their request at the number provided.

• Message frequency varies. Up to one message a day for five days plus replies to any questions sent.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help or email support@northernlightstudios.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• See our Privacy Policy for how phone numbers are handled. Mobile information is never shared with third parties for marketing.

Availability

We aim for sites and lead tools to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months.
